These factors lie at the cornerstones of the partnership developed over the past two decades between the osteopathic physician founders of the International Primary Care Educational Alliance (IPCEA) and the physician leadership of the primary care initiatives of Chengdu and Shenzhen, China.

In June 2016, IPCEA Directors Drs. Burke, Coren, and Davis participated in the Opening Ceremony for this new training facility which would be home to the IPCEA’s second train-the-trainer program in Shenzhen City. Located in the Shekou District, this model clinic was used to train the second cohort of 20 physicians from Shenzhen as well as functioning as a community health center to deliver direct patient care
